Telecaller / International Program Executive

We are hiring motivated and enthusiastic Telecallers / International Program Executives to connect with students and professionals interested in international education, internships, and career opportunities in the USA and Europe.

Job Details

Location: SG Highway, Ahmedabad (Work From Office)

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹16,667 per month + Performance Incentives

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Experience: 0–3 Years | Freshers Welcome

Education: 12th Pass or Above | Graduation Not Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students and professionals.

Explain international education, internship, and career programs.

Understand candidate requirements and provide basic counseling.

Follow up with interested candidates through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

Maintain accurate lead information and follow-up records using CRM or Excel.

Achieve assigned calling, conversion, and enrollment targets.

Assist with promoting educational webinars and program events.

Required Skills

Good English and Hindi communication skills (mandatory). Gujarati would be helpful (not mandatory)





Confident telephone communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge, including Excel and email.

Ability to handle candidate inquiries and follow up professionally.

Target-oriented approach and willingness to learn.

Who Can Apply?

Freshers, 12th-pass candidates, diploma holders, graduates, and candidates with previous experience in telecalling, BPO, customer service, sales, or education counseling are welcome.

Key: This is a full-time, work-from-office position in Ahmedabad. Candidates must be comfortable with regular outbound calling, candidate follow-ups, and performance targets.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
