We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and provide information about the company's products or services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle incoming customer calls and respond to queries professionally.
- Explain the company's products, services, offers, and pricing to customers.
- Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, or product demonstrations, as required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
