We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultants to join our team in Bangalore. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and travel enthusiasts who want to build a career in the travel and tourism industry.

Please note: This is a 100% office-based role. No field travel is involved.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand clients' travel requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Create and present customized travel itineraries, holiday packages, and travel recommendations.
- Assist customers with bookings for flights, hotels, transportation, activities, and excursions.
- Use online travel portals and booking systems to make and manage reservations.
- Stay updated on travel destinations, regulations, visa/documentation requirements, and industry trends.
- Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support, including booking modifications, cancellations, and customer queries.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, transactions, and customer information.
- Build strong and long-term relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell travel packages, travel insurance, upgrades, and additional services.
- Handle customer concerns and travel-related issues professionally and efficiently.




- Achieve customer satisfaction and business targets through excellent service and communication.

Who can apply

- Freshers with a degree in BBA, MBA (Travel & Tourism), Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field are welcome.
- Candidates with prior experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, customer service, or sales are also encouraged to apply.
- Good geographical knowledge and a genuine interest in travel and tourism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Valuable attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with travel booking platforms or reservation systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge of travel industry tools or certifications such as IATA/ASTA is a plus.
- Fluency in Kannada and English is required.
- Hindi is an added advantage.
