Position: Tele caller / Telesales Executive

We are looking for a smart, confident and target-oriented Telecaller to join our pharmaceutical company. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the Pharma sector and be comfortable handling leads over the phone and converting them into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to leads and potential customers.
- Follow up with existing and recent leads.
- Understand customer requirements and explain products effectively.
- Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads and sales.
- Build good customer relationships through regular follow-ups.




- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and order processing.

Requirements

- Prior experience in the Pharma/Pharmaceutical sector is required.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Smart, confident and presentable personality.
- Good Hindi communication; basic English preferred.
- Sales-oriented with the ability to convert leads into business.
- Comfortable working with targets and follow-ups.

Salary Salary will be based on experience and skills.

Experience: Prior Pharma Telecalling/Telesales experience preferred.

Work Location: Sector 20, Panchkula

Pay: ₹8,600.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
