Job Summary

Supreme Urban Realities Pvt. Ltd., a real estate company, is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our Sales & Marketing team at Beltarodi, Nagpur. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, explaining real estate projects, and scheduling site visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads for real estate projects.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding property details, location, amenities, pricing, and payment plans.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain customer details, call records, and lead status in CRM or Excel.




- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead-generation targets.
- Build positive relationships with prospective buyers and provide professional customer service.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Valuable follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
- Ability to work towards targets.
- Fluency in Hindi and Marathi; basic English is preferred.

Qualification & Experience
- Education: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Telecalling, telesales, customer service, or real estate experience will be an added advantage.
