Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our HomeLane team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, explaining our home interior design services, and scheduling appointments for the design consultation team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on incoming enquiries.
- Generate leads through calls, online enquiries, social media, and other sources.
- Explain HomeLane’s interior design services, including modular kitchens, wardrobes, and complete home interiors.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and interior design preferences.
- Schedule showroom visits and appointments with the sales and interior design team.
- Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into appointments and sales opportunities.
- Maintain customer details, call records, and lead status in the CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the Business Development and Sales teams to improve lead conversion.
- Inform customers about ongoing offers, packages, and warranty benefits.




- Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead generation, and appointment targets.

Eligibility & Skills
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any undergraduate degree.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Valuable convincing, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to achieve targets.
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be an added advantage.

- Number of calls made per day.
- Qualified leads generated.
- Showroom visits and appointments scheduled.
- Lead follow-up efficiency.
- Conversion of enquiries into appointments.
- Achievement of monthly targets.

Working Conditions
- Work Location: HomeLane Experience Centre, Sembakkam, Tambaram, Chennai.
- Job Type: Full-time, work from showroom.
- Salary: Based on experience and interview performance, with incentives based on targets.
