We are looking for a Tele Caller to handle both incoming and outbound calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to engage with potential dealership partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming calls from potential dealers and respond to their inquiries.
- Make outbound calls to potential dealers to introduce ASHMA Motors' dealership opportunities.
- Provide detailed information about dealership requirements, investment details, and benefits.
- Follow up with interested dealerships to guide them through the onboarding process.
- Maintain an updated database of dealership inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.




- Coordinate with the sales and business development team for dealership meetings.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a skilled representation of the company.

Requirements:

- Experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales (preferably in the automobile industry).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in handling dealership-related queries and objections.
- Ability to work independently and follow up efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
