We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our services, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Maintain daily call records and update customer details.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team when required.

Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree.
- Freshers can apply.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.
- Valuable telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
