Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our visa consultancy team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining visa and immigration consultancy services, generating leads, following up with prospective clients, and scheduling appointments with the sales or counselling team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients from company-provided leads and databases.
- Handle incoming enquiries regarding visa consultancy and immigration services.
- Explain available visa services, eligibility requirements, and the consultancy process based on approved company information.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into prospective clients.
- Follow up with interested clients through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Schedule appointments for visa counsellors or immigration consultants.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client details, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM or Excel sheet.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead-generation, and appointment targets.
- Build positive relationships with clients through professional and courteous communication.
- Coordinate with the sales and counselling teams to ensure timely follow-up.
- Provide accurate information and avoid making false promises regarding visa approvals or processing timelines.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass; graduation will be preferred.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Confident telephone communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and WhatsApp.
- Customer-focused attitude with good listening and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work towards targets and handle client objections professionally.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, or visa consultancy will be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should be confident, polite, proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable speaking with prospective clients over the phone. A positive attitude and willingness to learn about visa consultancy services are essential. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
