We are looking for a customer-focused Telecaller Executive to connect with customers, explain our home services, generate leads, and support customer and service partner onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain available home services and encourage bookings.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into customers.
- Contact and onboard service professionals onto the platform.
- Handle customer queries and maintain call records.
- Achieve daily calling and conversion targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of customer service and sales.
- Ability to speak Telugu, Hindi, and English is preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Location: Hyderabad Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹8,600.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
