Hiring: Technology Solution Consultant | RFP/RFI Specialist? Location: Bangalore / Chennai / Hyderabad

About the RoleWe are seeking a customer-focused Technology Solution Consultant with experience in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and client technology proposals. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working at the intersection of technology, business, and customer engagement.

The candidate should possess a strong understanding of enterprise systems and technologies, particularly Java-based applications, databases, integrations, and system architecture, and be comfortable interacting directly with customers, sales teams, and solution architects.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and respond to customer RFPs/RFIs/RFQs from a technology and solution perspective.
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into compelling technical solutions.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Engineering, Product, and Sales teams to create proposal responses.
- Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and solution discussions.
- Develop solution overviews, technical approach documents, architecture descriptions, and capability presentations.
- Provide technical inputs related to application architecture, integrations, scalability, security, and data management.
- Support proposal presentations, bid defense meetings, and customer demonstrations.
- Ensure proposals align with organizational capabilities and delivery standards.

Required Skills




- Solid understanding of Java/J2EE applications and enterprise technology landscapes.
- Good knowledge of Databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Understanding of Application Architecture, APIs, Integrations, and Microservices.
- Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is preferred.
- Ability to understand end-to-end system design and technical solutions.
- Experience in preparing or contributing to RFP/RFI responses, technical proposals, or pre-sales activities.
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Background
- Experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Technical Consulting, or Solution Engineering.
- Customer-facing experience with enterprise clients.
- Ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience in Banking, Healthcare, Telecommunications, Retail, or similar domains is a plus.
