About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technology Lead to drive enterprise-wide AI initiatives, architect scalable AI platforms, and deliver production-ready LLM applications, intelligent agents, and AI-powered automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deploy production-grade LLM applications, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent systems.
- Build AI-powered workflow automation and integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications.
- Lead enterprise architecture, microservices, distributed systems, and API-first design.
- Drive model evaluation, performance optimization, observability, and cost efficiency.
- Define standards for vector databases, data pipelines, and secure AI infrastructure.
- Lead AI platform standardization and scalable enterprise AI adoption.

- Required Skills & Experience

- 10–15+ years in software engineering or systems architecture.




- 3+ years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience with production deployments.
- Strong expertise in LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and agent-based systems.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
- Robust backend programming skills in Python, Java, Go, or Node.js.
- Knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, REST/gRPC APIs, and Kafka.
- Experience with vector databases, SQL/NoSQL, and secure data handling.
- Hands-on exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and monitoring tools.
- Strong technical leadership and enterprise architecture experience.
