- Rectify complaints CCMS controller given by the CMS team
- Rectify streetlight complaints given by the port maintenance team and CMS team, Carry out installations of new panels and recent LED lights when required
- Should resolve target number of complaints as provided by the manager
- Should maintain data about the spares received and faulty spares sent to for repair
- Should do Root Cause Analysis of frequent complaints and assist in avoiding the faults
Qualification : ITI / Diploma Electrical ;
