Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance of DG Sets and diesel engines.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and engine-related faults.

- Carry out repairs and replacement of engine components, filters, belts, hoses, and other parts as required.

- Inspect and maintain fuel systems, cooling systems, lubrication systems, and starting systems.

- Monitor engine performance, oil pressure, coolant temperature, and other operating parameters.

- Conduct periodic inspections and ensure DG Sets and diesel engines remain in proper working condition.

- Maintain service records, maintenance logs, and reports of repairs and spare parts used.

- Identify technical issues and take corrective action to minimize equipment downtime.

- Follow safety procedures while carrying out maintenance and repair activities.





- Coordinate with the Maintenance Team and Site In-Charge for servicing schedules and equipment requirements.

Requirements

Required Skills

- Practical knowledge of DG Set maintenance and diesel engine repair.

- Ability to identify mechanical faults and perform troubleshooting.

- Ability to work independently at project sites and handle maintenance activities efficiently.

- Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites as per company requirements.

Preferred Experience

Experience in servicing and maintaining DG Sets, diesel engines, construction equipment, and other diesel-powered machinery will be preferred.
