Techno-Commercial Executive

Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred

Role Summary

We are looking for a techno-commercial professional to bridge the gap between technical requirements and commercial business needs. The role will involve preparing quotations, costing, coordinating with R&D; and other departments, managing client requirements, and supporting the Business Head in business development and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare quotations, cost estimates, commercial proposals, and pricing sheets based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with R&D;, Procurement, Production, Quality, and other teams to assess technical feasibility, material costs, and project timelines.
- Understand client briefs and translate them into technical and commercial requirements.
- Maintain quotation trackers, costing sheets, client records, and commercial documentation.
- Follow up on quotations, proposals, purchase orders, and client approvals.
- Support the Business Head in pricing decisions, business proposals, and client discussions.
- Evaluate raw material, packaging, and development costs to support pricing and profitability.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely updates to clients.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in techno-commercial, costing, commercial operations, or business support.
- Experience in cosmetics, personal care, or product development will be preferred.
