Yamik Technologies is looking for a passionate and confident Technical Trainer who can explain technical concepts in a simple, clear, and engaging manner.

The selected candidate will conduct training sessions and explain technical topics to students and learners. These sessions will be recorded and used to create educational videos and learning content.

We are looking for someone who can communicate confidently, teach patiently, and make even complex concepts easy for beginners to understand.

? Key Responsibilities

- Conduct technical training sessions and explain concepts in a structured, easy-to-understand manner.
- Deliver clear, engaging, and well-organized explanations during recorded classes.
- Break down complex technical concepts into simple steps with practical examples.
- Prepare training materials, demonstrations, and presentations where required.
- Conduct live demonstrations of projects, tools, and technologies relevant to the assigned subject.
- Maintain professional communication and presentation throughout recorded sessions.
- Coordinate with the internal team to improve training quality and educational content.
- Review recorded sessions and make improvements based on feedback.

⭐ What We're Looking For
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners.
- Strong command of English; Telugu is an added advantage.
- Good subject knowledge in at least one technical area.
- Confidence in speaking in front of a camera and delivering recorded classes.
- Patience, clarity, and the ability to engage learners.
- Willingness to prepare, practise, and improve training delivery based on feedback.





? Preferred Technical KnowledgeCandidates with knowledge or experience in one or more of the following areas are welcome:
- Programming and software development
- Python and Artificial Intelligence
- Internet of Things (IoT) and embedded systems
- Robotics and automation
- Cloud computing and related technologies
- Academic projects and practical demonstrations

Candidates do not need to be experts in every listed technology. Strong knowledge in at least one relevant subject and excellent teaching ability are important. ? Experience & Qualification
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with relevant technical knowledge.
- Experience: 0–2 years.
- Freshers with strong communication skills, technical understanding, and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.

? Salary & Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month, based on technical knowledge, communication skills, and teaching ability.
- Salary is negotiable within the specified range based on the candidate's suitability.
