We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide customer service and technical support across India.
Immediate Joining Required
What you'll do:
1. Troubleshoot and support equipment
2. Carry out preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
3. Build robust relationships with customers and internal teams
4. Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve equipment processes
What we're looking for:
1. 1+ years of experience in equipment installation or maintenance
2. Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Electronics and Telecommunications, Instrumentation Engineering.
3. Experience and understanding on PLC
Freshers with strong technical fundamentals and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply!
