Essential

- 3-5 years' experience in Risk and Safety technologies.

- Practical understanding of risk and safety processes within large construction, development, or infrastructure organisations.

- Experience providing Level 2 or Level 3 application support, including secure access administration, platform configuration, troubleshooting and testing.

- Experience supporting system changes and translating user needs, service trends and product capabilities into practical improvement recommendations.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive approach to engaging users directly and resolving issues collaboratively.

- Robust analytical, documentation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams in varied delivery environments.

Desirable





- Hands-on experience configuring and administering the Protecht GRC system.

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including configuring and supporting custom modules.

- Hands-on experience with designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and reports by analysing, manipulating and integrating data across multiple sources to deliver accurate and meaningful insights. o Familiarity with ITIL practices or experience in a fast-paced, scaling or transformation environment.

Qualifications: o Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience.
