Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IFS EAM Application Support Analyst to support and maintain enterprise asset management applications, with a focus on IFS Cloud or IFS Applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in application support, system configuration, troubleshooting, asset management, maintenance processes, and work order management.

The role involves ensuring the stability and reliability of enterprise applications, maintaining asset data quality, resolving application issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams supporting facilities, engineering, maintenance, and asset-intensive operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide application support for IFS Cloud or IFS Applications, particularly Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and maintenance-related functionalities.
- Configure, maintain, and support asset registers, asset hierarchies, preventive maintenance schedules, inspections, work orders, and inventory processes.
- Troubleshoot application issues, investigate root causes, and implement appropriate resolutions or coordinate with relevant technical teams.
- Ensure asset data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and compliance with established data management standards.
- Support incident, problem, change, and release management processes in accordance with ITIL-aligned practices.
- Maintain application configuration records, technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge base articles.
- Work closely with IT, facilities, engineering, maintenance, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve application-related issues.
- Support system enhancements, configuration changes, testing, and release activities.
- Assist with integrations, reporting,



APIs, and automation activities wherever required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application performance, operational efficiency, and user experience.
- Collaborate with geographically distributed teams in Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery environments.

Required Skills and Experience

- 5-7 years of experience in enterprise application support, ERP, CMMS, Enterprise Asset Management, or related technology roles.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with IFS Cloud or IFS Applications.
- Practical experience supporting IFS EAM, asset management, maintenance management, or related functionalities.
- Good understanding of asset registers, asset hierarchies, preventive maintenance, inspections, work orders, and inventory processes.
- Experience in application configuration, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and data quality management.
- Familiarity with incident, problem, change, and release management processes, preferably in an ITIL-aligned environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.

Valuable to Have

- IFS EAM certification, accreditation, training, or relevant formal learning.
- Exposure to maintenance planning, procurement, inventory management, and mobile workforce capabilities within IFS.
- Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, middleware, reporting tools, scripting, or automation.
- Experience supporting data centres, facilities management, engineering, manufacturing, infrastructure, or other asset-intensive environments.
- Experience working with global teams or supporting APAC operations.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Systems, or a related discipline.
