Key Responsibilities:





- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and other channels.
- Handle inbound inquiries and qualify potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and sales opportunities to convert them into orders.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve business targets.
- Prepare quotations and sales reports, and maintain customer records in the CRM.
- Support the sales team in negotiations, order processing, and customer follow-ups.
- Identify new business opportunities in OEM and process manufacturing industries.
