About the RoleWe are looking for a technically inclined, customer-focused professional to handle enquiries for Dhaara Pulse smart water meters, recommend suitable solutions, and convert leads into paid orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and website leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable smart water metering solutions.
- Assess basic piping, flow, pressure, and installation requirements.
- Explain product features, pricing, and installation procedures.
- Prepare quotations, address customer queries, and follow up to close sales.
- Coordinate with technical and installation teams for demonstrations and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales opportunities.




- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with internal teams.

Candidate Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–4 years of experience in technical sales, water systems, plumbing, pumps, instrumentation, or related fields.
- Robust communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and explain solutions clearly.
- Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English is preferred.

Success MeasuresSales conversion, revenue collected, technical recommendation accuracy, customer satisfaction, and CRM discipline. Compensation: Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives linked to collected sales.
