About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of IT recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and hiring suitable technical professionals based on the company's hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand job requirements and technical hiring needs.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication.
- Work toward recruitment targets and meet hiring deadlines.




- Prepare regular reports on sourcing, screening, interviews, and closures.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; HR or a related field is preferred.
- Basic understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and job descriptions.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of candidate sourcing and resume screening.
- Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work independently.
- A target-oriented mindset with good follow-up skills.

Experience
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may apply.
- Prior experience in technical recruitment or IT hiring will be an advantage.
