Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to manage domestic and international clients, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure the successful delivery of web development projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and project management skills, along with positive knowledge of WordPress, PHP, and related frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage relationships with domestic and international clients, ensuring clear communication, regular updates, and client satisfaction.

Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

Coordinate with developers, designers, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.

Manage WordPress-based projects and maintain a good understanding of website development workflows.

Understand client requirements, define project scope, prepare project plans, track progress, and manage deliverables.

Identify project risks, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when required.

Conduct regular client meetings, project status reviews, and internal team discussions to gather feedback and track progress.

Maintain project documentation, task tracking, timelines, and progress reports.

Monitor team productivity, manage priorities, and ensure efficient resource allocation to meet project deadlines.

Key Technical Skills :

Good working knowledge of WordPress, including themes, plugins,



CMS management, and website maintenance.

Understanding of PHP and related frameworks such as Laravel or CodeIgniter.

Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and fundamental website development concepts.

Familiarity with APIs, third-party integrations, and website functionality.

Understanding of responsive web design, cross-browser compatibility, website performance, and basic SEO principles.

Ability to understand technical requirements, identify development challenges, and coordinate with developers to implement solutions.

Familiarity with project management and task-tracking tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.

Basic understanding of website hosting, domains, SSL certificates, and deployment processes.

Required Skills &

Qualifications :

4 to 5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a web development or digital agency environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with domestic and international clients.

Excellent client management, team coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

Ability to bridge the gap between client expectations and technical team requirements.

A proactive approach to project planning, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
