We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Technical Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in software development and project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a robust combination of technical understanding, project management expertise, client-facing skills, and leadership capabilities.

The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end technology projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, working closely with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery within agreed scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilitiesrt

*Manage the complete project lifecycle from planning and initiation through execution, delivery, and closure.

*Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements, priorities, expectations, and project objectives.

*Translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables in collaboration with architects and engineering teams.

*Define and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, resources, and deliverables.

*Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, architects, DevOps, business analysts, and other stakeholders.

*Track project progress and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.

*Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers.





*Manage scope changes and prevent uncontrolled scope creep through proper impact assessment and change management.

*Conduct regular project status meetings and provide clear and concise updates to clients and internal leadership.

*Manage client expectations and act as the primary point of contact for project-related communication.

*Work with technical teams to understand architectural decisions, technical challenges, integration dependencies, and implementation risks.

*Facilitate effective communication between business, technical, and client teams.

*Monitor project metrics, delivery KPIs, resource utilization, and overall project health.

*Manage project escalations and drive issues toward timely resolution.

*Ensure proper project documentation, including requirements, project plans, status reports, RAID logs, meeting minutes, and release plans.

*Coordinate with engineering and QA teams to ensure proper testing, defect resolution, release readiness, and production deployment.

*Support estimation and planning activities, including effort estimation, resource planning, and delivery timelines.

*Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes, team productivity, and overall customer experience.

*Mentor and guide project team members and contribute to building a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
