Technical Program Manager – GenAI

Experience:8-12 Years

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to coordinate and drive the delivery of Agentic AI and low-code/no-code automation initiatives across Support Operations and Communications teams.

The candidate will work closely with Technical Product Managers, Delivery Leads and business stakeholders to ensure successful execution of AI-driven automation programs.

Primary Technical Skills

- GenAI / Agentic AI Understanding: Positive understanding of LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering and agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, Amazon Bedrock Agents and CrewAI.
- Technical Program Management: Experience managing AI/ML, GenAI, automation or enterprise technology programs from planning through deployment.
- Agile Project Management: Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, backlog tracking, milestone management and delivery reporting.
- Workflow Automation: Understanding of low-code/no-code platforms, API integrations, webhooks and enterprise automation workflows.
- Risk & Dependency Management: Ability to identify technical dependencies, manage project risks and coordinate multiple workstreams.
- Stakeholder Coordination:



Experience working with engineering teams, product managers, business operations and leadership.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience with Amazon Bedrock, AWS AI/ML services or similar cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with RAG, NLP and LLM evaluation.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar project management tools.
- Knowledge of ticketing systems, QA automation and support operations.
- PMP, CSM or SAFe certification.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end planning and execution of Agentic AI initiatives.
- Coordinate activities across the 8 Technical Product Managers and Delivery Lead.
- Track program milestones, deliverables, risks and dependencies.
- Ensure timely implementation of AI automation solutions.
- Manage program reporting, escalations and communication.
- Support deployment readiness, UAT and production rollout.

Ideal Candidate: A Technical Program Manager with experience delivering AI/ML, GenAI or intelligent automation programs, who can understand technical discussions and drive cross-functional execution without necessarily being a hands-on AI developer.
