As a Technical Program Management III, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing complex technical programs to ensure successful delivery within established timelines and quality standards. Your experience of 8.0-10.0 years will be instrumental in providing strategic direction, leadership, and guidance to cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale technical programs.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.




- Apply AI Orchestration & Agentic Design principles to streamline program workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Utilize Systems Thinking to analyze complex problems and design innovative solutions.
- Implement Performance Engineering practices to optimize system performance and scalability.
- Utilize your expertise in at least one programming language such as Java, GoLang, Python, NodeJS, ReactJS, or React Native to drive technical excellence.
- Manage databases including Redis, Aerospike, Cassandra, MySQL, Mongo, Solr, or ElasticSearch to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Facilitate collaboration among team members, fostering a culture of innovation, teamwork, and knowledge sharing.
- Exercise Thought Leadership by staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Conduct Requirement Gathering and Analysis to understand project objectives and stakeholder needs.
- Evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks to make informed decisions for project implementation.
- Perform Risk Analysis to identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis to address issues proactively and prevent recurrence.
- Implement Cost Optimization strategies to maximize project efficiency and ROI.
- Demonstrate Analytical Thinking to solve complex technical challenges and make data-driven decisions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, team members, and senior leadership to ensure project alignment and transparency.
