- Build an agile, service, cost, compliance, Quality culture at 3PM site.
- Lead the external manufacturing to be a highly reliable, responsive, and competitive operation
- Drive towards a zero-risk operating culture to guarantee a protected environment for anyone working in external manufacturing.
- Build Productivity Pipeline to secure cost reduction on Year-on-year sustainable plan.
- Drive connectivity, networking, and benchmarking both internally and externally
- Secure Product Superiority through minimized product variability and spec consistency
- Strengthen the external manufacturing contribution to MBU Innovation Pipeline.
- Benchmarking and any innovative sourcing models on NPDs.
- Build relationship and set long term action steps with external partners and local community for protecting both reputation and competitiveness
