? Hiring | Full Stack Engineering Manager

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineering Manager with a solid technical background in Java and Angular/React , along with proven experience in DevOps, CI/CD, Agile delivery, and people management .

Location - Pune

Notice period - Immediate to 30 days official

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a large engineering team of 20+ resources , including managers/leads.
- Provide technical direction across Java-based backend and Angular/React frontend applications.
- Drive project planning, coordination, execution, and delivery across multiple initiatives.
- Lead Scrum/Agile ceremonies , planning meetings, and execution governance.
- Drive DevOps, CI/CD practices and engineering best practices across teams.
- Mentor managers and technical leads,



ensuring effective people development and team performance.
- Act as a key technical and delivery stakeholder, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Looking for:

- 9-21 years of overall experience.
- Strong Full Stack development background with Java + Angular/React .
- Strong understanding of DevOps & CI/CD practices.
- Proven experience managing 20+ team members .
- Strong project coordination, Agile/Scrum and people management experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
