We are seeking a Technical Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization Insurance Cloud Omnistudio SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid mode focusing on delivering high-quality solutions in the insurance domain. This role does not require travel and operates during day shifts.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and customization of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the implementation of Insurance Cloud and Omnistudio to enhance business processes.
- Provide expertise in SFDC Lightning to create intuitive and efficient user interfaces.
- Manage SFDC Integration to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
- Configure SFDC to align with organizational needs and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive IT solutions.
- Ensure the scalability and reliability of Salesforce applications.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce configurations and customizations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain system integrity.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices.
- Contribute to the companys growth by implementing innovative solutions.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through effective Salesforce solutions.
Qualifications
- Possess strong experience in SFDC Development and Customization.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Insurance Cloud and Omnistudio.
- Have expertise in SFDC Lightning and Integration.
- Show capability in SFDC Configuration to meet business needs.
- Experience in IT Consulting and Mergers & Acquisitions is a plus.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.
