Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to candidate joining.
- Understand client/job requirements and identify suitable candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, references, LinkedIn, networking and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, qualification, location, notice period and compensation.
- Conduct initial candidate discussions and assess suitability against the requirement.
- Share relevant and quality CVs with clients within defined timelines.




- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview process and maintain regular communication.
- Manage offer discussions, candidate negotiations and joining formalities.
- Track candidates until joining and minimize offer drops and backouts.

Non-IT Recruitment Handle hiring across multiple Non-IT functions, such as:
