Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in Data Architecture to join our dynamic team in offshore. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of business analysis expertise and technical knowledge in data architecture, enabling them to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role is critical in ensuring that our data systems are designed and implemented effectively to support business objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Experience of HR systems (functional and technical)
- Robust data and integration awareness
- Ability to work with a data team to shape best-fit architectural solutions

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Design and implement data architecture solutions that align with business goals and enhance data management capabilities.
- Conduct data modeling, database design, and data integration activities to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure the successful deployment of data solutions and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to data architecture, including data flow diagrams, data dictionaries, and technical specifications.




- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to communicate findings and gather feedback on data solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in data architecture and business analysis to continuously improve processes.

Mandatory Skills:

- Proven experience in business analysis, with a strong ability to gather and document requirements.
- Solid understanding of data architecture principles, including data modeling, ETL processes, and database design.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques to present data insights effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with cloud-based data solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in business analysis and data architecture roles.
- Relevant certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) or data architecture (e.g., CDMP) are a plus.
