Key Responsibili es  Review and verify architectural drawings, building plans, layouts, and related documents.  Coordinate with project, technical, survey, and site teams for smooth execu on of project requirements.  Handle and support building plan approval and related municipal processes.  Should have valuable working knowledge of Building Plan Approval & Management System (BPMS).  Demonstrate familiarity with Maharashtra Municipal Acts, Rules & Regula ons and applicable provisions related to urban development in Maharashtra.  Coordinate with relevant authori es and stakeholders, wherever required, for project-related approvals and clarifica ons.  Provide architectural inputs and technical support for site-level requirements and project ac vi es.  Ensure drawings and documenta on are prepared and maintained as per applicable standards and project requirements.

Pay: ₹911,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
