- Visit manufacturing customers, machine shops, CNC/VMC users, tool rooms and industrial buyers.
- Learn about cutting tools, inserts, tool holders, drills, end mills and machining applications.
- Support seniors in customer visits, product selection, demonstrations, trials, quotations and order follow-ups.
- Generate enquiries from recent and existing customers in assigned territory.
- Maintain daily visit reports, customer follow-up details and enquiry status.
- Build relationships with customers and understand their technical requirements.
- Coordinate with the office team for quotation, delivery, documentation and customer support.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
