KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle complex technical cases and support root-cause analysis.
- Coordinate with service advisors, workshop teams, and technical support.
- Maintain high standards of repair quality and customer satisfaction.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
