Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and well-connected Sourcing Team Lead to build and manage a strong pipeline of commercial real estate inventory. This role is critical in identifying high-quality properties, developing relationships with developers and property owners, and enabling the sales team with exclusive and high-demand listings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Team Management

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sourcing executives
- Set sourcing targets and track team productivity
- Conduct regular training, field guidance, and performance reviews
- Build a strong, network-driven sourcing culture

2. Inventory Sourcing & Acquisition

- Identify and onboard premium commercial properties (office spaces, retail, warehouses)
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, landlords, IPCs, and channel partners
- Ensure continuous availability of fresh and exclusive inventory
- Negotiate commercial terms and close mandates with property owners

3. Market Mapping & Intelligence

- Conduct area-wise mapping of commercial hubs in Navi Mumbai
- Track upcoming projects, vacancies, and market trends
- Maintain a structured database of inventory and ownership details




- Provide real-time market insights to internal teams

4. Coordination with Sales Team

- Align sourcing strategy with sales demand and client requirements
- Share relevant inventory in a timely manner
- Support site visits with accurate property details
- Collaborate to improve conversion ratios

5. Relationship Management

- Develop long-term relationships with property owners and developers
- Ensure regular follow-ups to keep inventory updated
- Drive repeat business and secure exclusive mandates

Key Requirements

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA (Real Estate / Marketing) preferred

Experience:

- 4–8 years in commercial real estate sourcing
- Minimum 2–3 years in a team handling or leadership role

Skills:

- Robust networking and relationship-building abilities
- Excellent negotiation and closure skills
- Deep understanding of the Navi Mumbai commercial real estate market
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Highly target-driven mindset
