We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Technical Lead to join our team!

Experience: 7–10 Years

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline

Employment Type: Full time

Location: Kolkata

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor the technical team to achieve project objectives.
- Plan, execute, and monitor technical projects from development to delivery.
- Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, operations, and management teams.
- Review technical designs, project specifications, and engineering documentation.
- Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and team performance.
- Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
- Manage project priorities, allocate resources, and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct technical reviews and support team members in resolving challenges.




- Ensure compliance with technical standards and workplace safety requirements.

- Ability to take ownership of technical deliverables and team performance.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
