Role Description The Team Leader role is a full-time, on-site position based in Raipur.

The Team

Leader will be responsible for supervising field executives, planning daily activities, and ensuring effective execution of retail campaigns at store locations. This includes monitoring performance, resolving operational issues, maintaining accurate reports, and coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders. The role involves tracking targets, providing guidance and training to team members, and ensuring adherence to company standards and client expectations.

Leader will also support continuous improvement by sharing feedback from the field and suggesting practical solutions to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a field team, with experience in supervising staff or coordinating on-ground operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact professionally with clients, store staff, and internal teams.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to plan routes, prioritize tasks, and meet performance targets.
- Basic data handling and reporting skills, including comfort with spreadsheets, mobile reporting tools, and performance tracking.
- Understanding of retail operations, merchandising, or sales processes; prior experience in FMCG or retail field activities is an advantage.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle in office challenges and make quick, practical decisions.
- Minimum educational qualification of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent; relevant certifications in sales or retail management are beneficial.
- Willingness to work on-site in Raipur, travel to multiple store locations as needed, and adapt to a dynamic field environment.
