Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month : : Team Leader / Restaurant Captain Company: AMA Bakery & Café Location: Rajpur Road Outlet, Dehradun Department: Operations Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month Reporting To: Outlet Manager About the Role AMA Bakery & Café is looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Team Leader / Restaurant Captain to supervise daily floor operations, coordinate with the service team, and ensure a smooth and welcoming guest experience.

Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the service team during daily operations. Ensure timely, accurate, and courteous service to guests. Manage table allocation, guest seating, and service flow.

Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Coordinate with the kitchen, barista, cashier, and management teams. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, grooming, and service standards. Ensure compliance with company SOPs and food safety practices.

Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance.



Assist with team training, onboarding, and shift coordination. Monitor order accuracy and service turnaround time. Support daily operational checklists and reporting.

Requirements 1–3 years of relevant experience in a café, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality establishment. Previous experience as a Restaurant Captain, Team Leader, Senior Steward, or in a similar role is preferred. Good communication and leadership skills.

Solid customer service and problem-solving abilities. Basic knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations. Professional grooming, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented approach. Flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
