Candidate Profile

- Minimum 3 years of experience in executive search, recruitment, or talent advisory.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a skilled services environment.
- Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Postgraduate qualification in HR, Business, or related discipline preferred.
