Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented Team Leader to lead and motivate our team, manage daily sales activities, and achieve business targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate team members to achieve sales targets.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance.
- Train and guide employees to improve productivity and sales skills.
- Generate leads and support the team in converting prospects into customers.
- Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, and lead conversions.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve team-related issues.
- Maintain team discipline and ensure smooth daily operations.




- Develop strategies to improve sales performance and achieve business goals.

Eligibility Criteria
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
- Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in sales or team management is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting tools is an advantage.
