Job Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the collection telecalling team handling NBFC customer accounts.
- Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, attendance, and calling efficiency.
- Guide team members on effective collection techniques and customer handling.
- Track payment commitments, follow-ups, and overdue accounts.
- Prepare daily collection reports and share performance updates with management.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions to improve recovery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client guidelines, and applicable RBI requirements for fair recovery practices.
- Motivate team members to achieve individual and team targets.
- Coordinate with the management team to resolve collection-related issues.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in NBFC, banking, loan recovery, or telecalling collections.
- Target-oriented approach with problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and collection reporting.

Salary: 12,500 per month + Incentives

Experience: 1+ year in telecalling, NBFC collections, loan recovery, or customer follow-up preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue loan instalments and outstanding payments.
- Remind customers about payment due dates and pending amounts.
- Follow up with customers who have committed to making payments.
- Understand customer payment concerns and communicate suitable next steps as per company policy.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer responses, and payment commitments.
- Update collection details in the company's system or CRM.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Escalate disputed accounts and unresolved customer issues to the Team Leader.
- Maintain professional communication and follow applicable customer privacy and fair collection guidelines.
- Coordinate with the team to improve collection performance and customer response rates.

Required Skills

- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
- Hindi communication skills; basic English is an advantage.
- Patience, confidence, and a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Prior NBFC or loan collection experience will be an advantage.
