Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Team Lead – Online Admissions to drive lead engagement and enrolment conversions for online programs. This role is primarily focused on managing the end-to-end online admissions funnel handling inbound leads, qualifying prospects, guiding counselling conversations, and ensuring strong enrolments. The role requires hands-on admissions expertise combined with strong team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Online Admissions team handling digital and inbound leads.
- Drive inbound and outbound lead engagement, qualification, and enrollment conversions.
- Build and manage a strong admissions pipeline for online programs.
- Ensure high lead-to-counselling and lead-to-enrolment conversion rates.
- Coach team members on need analysis, program pitching, and objection handling.
- Monitor daily admissions metrics including call productivity, follow-ups, and enrolments.
- Coordinate with Marketing to optimize digital lead flow and campaign performance.




- Work closely with Academic and Student Support teams for seamless onboarding.
- Handle escalations and support closures for high-value or priority applicants.
- Ensure CRM hygiene, accurate reporting, and adherence to admissions processes.

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 4–8 years of experience in online admissions, inside sales, or business development.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing an admissions/sales team.
- Strong expertise in lead qualification, funnel management, and enrolment conversion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
- Data-driven approach with robust CRM and reporting knowledge.
- Experience in EdTech or online education environments is a plus.

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
