Trims

- Monitor and improve vehicle interior and exterior trim assembly processes.

- Ensure proper fitment of dashboard, seats, door trims, carpets, headliners, and related components.

- Troubleshoot fitment issues, gaps, flushness, squeaks, and rattles.

- Optimize operator methods, tooling, ergonomics, and assembly cycle time.

Chassis

- Monitor chassis assembly operations, including suspension, axle, steering, brake, and wheel assembly.

- Ensure correct bolt tightening torque and fastening quality.

- Verify component alignment, fitment, and assembly sequence.

- Troubleshoot assembly defects and coordinate corrective actions with Quality and Maintenance teams.

Final Assembly

- Monitor vehicle assembly processes and ensure compliance with work instructions.

- Coordinate installation and verification of major vehicle components.

- Support functional checks and resolve assembly-related defects.
