Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage multiple US Corporate / Partnership (Real Estate) Tax (Form 1120/1065) engagements

, ensuring quality delivery and client satisfaction.

- Oversee the preparation and final review of Corporate / Partnership (RE) tax returns

, including federal, state, local, and foreign tax filings

, estimated payments, and extensions.

- Provide technical guidance on complex US tax matters and ensure compliance with applicable tax laws.

- Manage engagement economics, including billing, realization, and collections.

- Identify tax planning and advisory opportunities by building strong client relationships.

- Mentor, coach, and develop Managers, Seniors, and Staff on technical and engagement management skills.

- Leverage technology to enhance efficiency and maintain high-quality standards.





- Contribute to business development through networking, client expansion, and recent business opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- EA (Enrolled Agent) certification and PTIN license is mandatory.

- 10+ years of experience in US Taxation,

with significant expertise in

Corporate / Partnership (Real Estate domain) Tax

.

- Experience in a public accounting firm is preferred.

- At least

4 years of people management, supervision, and team development experience.

- Strong technical knowledge of federal, state, local, and international tax compliance.

- Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and build lasting client relationships.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
