- Make approximately 20 - 40 calls per day to the assigned customer database.
- Explain the application and its features in Tamil to rural users.
- Educate customers on how the application can support and benefit their agricultural activities.
- Clearly explain app features, tools, services, and the usage process in a straightforward and understandable manner.
- This is not a sales role – there are no sales targets or sales responsibilities involved.
- Maintain proper records of daily calls, customer interactions, responses, and follow-up requirements.
- Prepare and submit a daily calling report activities completed and key customer feedback.
- Work from the Mahadevapura office location for a Month and report daily to the assigned team/supervisor.
