Job Summary

ARB Accessories Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Tally Operator to manage day-to-day accounting entries, maintain financial records, and assist with routine accounting and documentation activities. The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime, basic accounting principles, and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
- Prepare and maintain sales and purchase invoices.
- Record receipts, payments, journal entries, and contra entries.
- Maintain ledgers, vouchers, and other accounting records.
- Handle bank entries and assist with bank reconciliation.
- Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records.
- Assist in GST-related entries and documentation.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
- Prepare basic accounting reports and maintain data in MS Excel.
- Ensure accuracy of financial records and proper documentation.




- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or Tally operations preferred.
- Freshers with positive accounting knowledge and Tally skills may also apply.
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Knowledge of GST entries and invoicing preferred.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good numerical, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

Salary and Benefits
