Key Roles & Responsibilities •

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for senior, niche, and business-critical roles.

- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand workforce planning and talent needs.
- Design and execute cutting-edge sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and talent mapping.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to assess technical competence, behavioral fit, and cultural alignment.
- Drive exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives through effective engagement and talent outreach programs.
- Utilize recruitment data, dashboards, and hiring metrics to continuously optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-fill.
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters, enhancing team capability, quality of hire, and recruitment best practices.
- Collaborate with HR operations and onboarding teams to ensure smooth candidate transitions and seamless onboarding.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies, ethical standards,



and applicable labor regulations.

Qualifications &

Skills • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.

- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment for senior and specialized roles.
- Strong expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, headhunting, and professional networks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage recruitment metrics and data insights.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple hiring priorities.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical recruitment practices.
