Responsiboility
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for executive hiring at Global level
- Managed end-to-end employee lifecycle processes across US region
- Managing end-to-end Core HR operations including employee engagement, onboarding, attendance management, and
employee relations.
- .Developing and implementing HR policies, SOPs, workflows, and employee management processes
- Partnered with business teams to forecast hiring needs and realign job responsibilities.
- Conducted regular store visits to assess employee engagement and resolve HR issues proactively.
