- Role: Talent Acquisition (TA)
- Joining Date: We require immediate joiners
- Location: Novus Tower, Gurgaon (Corporate Office Work from Office)
- Duration: 3 to 6 months
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (alternate Saturdays off)
- Stipend: 10,000 Onwards
- Eligibility: Students pursuing or recently graduated from MBA/PGDM/BBA (HR) or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and employee referrals.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Draft and post job advertisements across recruitment platforms.
- Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
- Assist with offer follow-ups and onboarding formalities.





Skills We Are Looking For

- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Genuine interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn would be an advantage.
- Prior internship or project experience in recruitment or HR would be preferred.
