Otmos Technologies is a technology company that is growing fast and building its team. We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us find and hire great people across the business.

Role Overview

You will own the full recruitment cycle, from understanding hiring needs to closing offers. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to build robust candidate pipelines and deliver a smooth, professional experience for every applicant.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and write clear job descriptions
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking channels
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates
- Schedule interviews and keep candidates updated throughout the process
- Handle offer discussions, salary negotiation, and joining formalities
- Maintain candidate records and share regular hiring updates (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance)




- Build talent pipelines for current and future openings
- Promote Otmos Technologies as a great place to work

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus)
- 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (in-house or agency)
- Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and Boolean search
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple open positions at the same time
- Working knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace

Good to Have
- Experience hiring for IT and technology roles
- Experience with bulk or campus hiring
- Knowledge of the Mumbai job market
